Yepper, same on CVS... 

konsole --notabbar --schema  Transparent_lightbg doesn't work (grayish bg color, no transparency). Moreover, it is not identical to running konsole without any arguments (white bg color, no trans).

Afterwards, changing the schema via the menu works.
