How to Reproduce:
Start a new konsole, create a new session, change window size, change session.

kdebase and kdelibs 3.2.90 build from sources (without kde already installed) with:

$./configure --disable-rpath --prefix=/usr --sysconfdir=/etc --includedir=/usr/include/kde --infodir=/usr/share/info --mandir=/usr/share/man --with-qt-dir=/usr/share/qt3 --enable-final \
--with-distribution="Debian Package 4:3.2.90-1 (testing/unstable)" \
--enable-dnotify --enable-mitshm --with-alsa --with-ipv6-lookup=auto \
--enable-debug
$make
$make install
