Occasionally when exiting konsole I first receive 'konsole exit status 1' when I check my tty I notice 3 different errors which are.

This doesn't happen very frequently, maybe after every sixth console I open and than exit.
I'm using slackware 9.1, unsure whether or not this is a known issue or not
