Summary: Konsole displays terminal size when events occur that
                    are not related to resizing
           Product: konsole
           Version: 1.3
          Platform: Gentoo Packages
        OS/Version: Linux
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: NOR
         Component: general
        AssignedTo: konsole-devel kde org
ReportedBy: adrian head bytecomm com au

Version: 1.3 (using KDE KDE 3.2.0)
Installed from: Gentoo Packages
OS: Linux

Konsole displays the terminal size box when I do the following:
* Open a Shell terminal and use tab complete (this only happens in the 1st opened shell terminal and doesn't happen when in screen).
- It seems as if some of the tab keypresses are stolen by Konsole as it can take 3 or more tab keypresses to do the completion that only requires 2 keypresses in a native Linux console.
* When accessing the top menus for the 1st time.

Expected behaviour is that the terminal size box only be displayed when the terminal window is resized or text size changes.

This behaviour can be reproduced everytime.

* Do not use the 1st opened shell session for work - use the 2nd.
