I still have the others here in my build. I am not aware of any change in that
area.

It uploads a file via zmodem to the shell that runs inside konsole. This is
useful if you are logged in via multiple hops to some far away remote
sessions. (E.g. connection via ssh to a remote host and then from that remote
host to another host via rsh)

TEPty.C has moved to kdelibs/kdecore/kpty.cpp I think this file can be
dropped.
