[Konsole-devel] Activate Menu/Show Menubar

I'm updating the Konsole Help.

'When the menubar is hidden, Show Menubar can be reached by right clicking in 
the window or by Alt+Ctrl+M.'

I think 'Show Menubar' and 'Activate Menu' are getting confused.

In the shortcuts, 'Activate Menu' has Alt+Ctrl+M; however, there is also a 
'Show Menubar' entry (blank by default).

Regardless, Alt+Ctrl+M does NOT do anything on my system.

Another, in the shortcuts I think 'Show Menubar' should be changed to 'Toggle 
Menubar' since that is what it actually does (The menu items should be left 
as is).
