the title of this bug is "konsole reverts hebrew text". in kde3.2 you can enable/disable the BIDI rendering (which is what this bug is refearing to). 

does "reported as working" mean the bug still happens? if it does what is the bug and how to reproduce? maybe do you mean #46488?
