Version:           1.3.90 (using KDE 3.2.90 (CVS >= 20040117), Gentoo)
Compiler:          gcc version 3.3.3 20040217 (Gentoo Linux 3.3.3, propolice-3.3-7)
OS:          Linux (i686) release 2.6.5-gentoo

how to reproduce:
1) open new konsole
2) right mouse button in konsole window, or access the menu bar 
	icon in tab bar disappears

also happens when:
1) open new konsole
2) Ctrl-Shift-N for new shell
	icon for first shell disappears
if the second shell is closed, the icon returns, and stays on further actions (new shell, menu bar access, etc...)
