Hmm. I've made cvs up today at 11AM (East Europe) and I can not close
root session with "ctrl+shift+w" (shortcut for close session).
ctrl+d is "internal" *nix command and has nothing common with this bug.
In addition: menu entry "Close session" doesn't work on root session.
AFAIU problem lies in permissions: ctrl+d is passed to session and is
treated by shell as issued by root and closes shell. "Close session"
action tries to close session "externally" which is impossible because
common user (who issues this command) can not terminate root session.
Because there is no real need to be so restrictive, this privilege
awareness can be workarounded and Konsole should let "Close session"
action to close root sessions.
