Still, the original wish remains not implemented (that is, of Konsole 1.2.1 on 3.1.4 libs). And what I'm referring to is the context menu on toolbar session buttons. It would certainly be more useful to have the context menu of the session instead of the one for toolbar on them. And that way an option could be added to configuration dialog for RMB on the terminal always to send it to the terminal and never open context menu (as one could reach it through the toolbar). That feature should obviously turn itself off once both toolbar and menu are disabled in case there is no other way to turn it back than restart konsole and/or edit config files.

Unless it's all added in CVS (or a version later than 1.2.1) I hereby ask to reopen this bug.
