This wish is based on http://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=53963 becouse (proposed closing wish) solution seems not to be satisfactory for most users.

Setting Klipper's "Synchronize contents of clipboard and selection" affects any text component (at least kate) and therefore is not solution.
I would like selection to copy from Konsole (and Konqueror, and any readonly text component), but _not_ copy when I'm using for example Kate editor (and prolly any other 'read-write' text aplication).
