In the konsole shipped with RedHat's rawhide, selection often acts funny.

You select text, it does indeed show up as selected (i.e. in reverse), but when you want to paste it somewhere, you either get nothing at all, or some text that you had selected before this one.

Often, moving the mouse out of the konsole and back in fixes the situation: text shows unselected as soon as you leave, and after re-entering selection works again (i.e. can be pasted, and stays selected after leaving.

However, once konsole gets into this mode, it will go back into that mode again with a high probability. There also seems to be a correlation with scrolling (i.e. it happens more often after scrolling back)
