Hello,

can somebody tell me some hints, how to use iso-8859-2 fonts in
/usr/bin/konsole? I have recently upgraded KDE to 3.1 (Debian
unstable) and in "font configuration" dialog is no entry "encoding".

I'm confused, because root has the same configuration as a regular
user (also enviroment doesn't differs), and root's fonts are
displayed correctly. Normal user has these fonts ugly (diacritics is
    not displayed correctly).

How to debug this? Very very thanks.
