With MacOS style menu, the menubar should be *impossible* to disable, because 
it will serve no purpose (and only add confusion) to disable (and then your 
menu will be the desktop menu, saving no space).

However, why is it that the RMB menu *changes* when the menubar is disabled or 
otherwise?  I'd personally like it the way it used to be, with Settings etc. 
shown in the RMB menu regardless.
