I have a very strange bug in my konsole (CVS as of 14-12-2003).

first, what settings i use (that i think are relevant:
-konsole-background is transparent

Now what happens:
If I start konsole the background isnt fully transparent, it is only a small piece cut of the background-image titled to fit the whole konsole-background. 
Sometimes it refreshes after half-a-sec and the background is how it should be and sometimes it doesnt (cant say why though it sometimes does this and sometimes not) anyways, to make it refresh i simply have to go to another desktop (like Win+FX) and then back to the one with konsole in it.

I believe this is somehow related to http://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=58996

-Slackware 9.1 (GCC 3.2.3 glibc 2.3.2)
-Linux-2.4.23-ck1


Hope this will be fixed soon for it is really annoying for the eye,
