Subject: Erasing problem in Irssi whithin a Konsole
From: nicolas.centa at free.fr

Package:           konsole
Version:           KDE 2.9.1 CVS/CVSup/Snapshot
Severity:          normal
Installed from:    Compiled sources
Compiler:          g++ 2.95.2
OS:                Linux
OS/Compiler notes: Mandrake 8.1

I start irssi (IRC client) in a Konsole ; I go to an IRC channel ; I type some words but I make a mistake and I want to erase and correct but I can't : when I'm pressing the "erase" key, the cursor goes back normally but sometimes it jumps three or four characters on the right, and I can't erase the entire line of text.

I update Konsole everyday by CVS so I'm sure that the bug hasn't been corrected :-)
