The color of the font is set in the Colors section in KControl under the =
name=20
"Window text" and the background of the widget is set under the name "Win=
dow=20
background". Konsole's schemas have nothing to do with that.

When resizing konsole, the popup that shows the current window size has the foreground color hardcoded to black; this makes it unreadable if the konsole scheme has a dark background.

Steps that produce the bug for me:
- start konsole
- select a scheme with dark bg, such as "Green on Black"
- resize konsole
-> the size popup is all black, and thus unreadable
