[Konsole-devel] Bug#42766: help button in settings dialog shows wrong help text

The help button in konsole's
settings dialog will open a
khelpcenter instance. Unfortunately,
the khelpcenter window only shows
the khelpcenter help text instead
of konsole's help text for the
settings dialog.

The same bug exists in konqueror's
settings dialog.

FWIW: I'm using German locale settings.
