That's the reason "text aside icon" can be turned on and is default.

It has its own setting: Activate "text aside icon" & Settings/Save Settin=
gs

has caused the attached bug report to be marked as done.

This means that you claim that the problem has been dealt with.
If this is not the case it is now your responsibility to reopen the
bug report if necessary, and/or fix the problem forthwith.

(NB: If you are a system administrator and have no idea what I'm
talking about this indicates a serious mail system misconfiguration
somewhere.  Please contact me immediately.)

The Konsole is THE application where it is actually
very relevant to show icon names on the toolbar. 

Therefore, it should not use global KDE's configuration,
but instead have its own setting that determines whether
to display icon names on the toolbar.

Note that the "New session" button does not need
to display the name in any case.
