Konsole strips national characters from other KDE programs. Any help from 
any KDE program (f. e. kdvi --help), is shown with every non-ascii 
(iso-8859-2 for Polish) char omitted. Same command in linux console (out of 
X) works well.
Perhaps the bug is not in konsole, but I don't know where to report it 
otherwise. Anyway it is visible mainly in konsole.
