Well, it would grow to 16 entries. Compare that to 25 entries under
the xterm ctrl-middleclick, which is still very tolerable, IMHO. 

For me it is much faster to choose an entry from a single menu,
then to go through an extra submenu.

Specifically, I find it much faster to change my xterm to
reverse-video that changing konsole to another color.
