[Konsole-devel] Bug#45824: Non shown tabs are not able to beep

If I am using more tabs and on some tab other than shown is some beep event, only the ring icon is shown in the tab, but no beep is produced. If the console is not in foreground, it is very simple to miss some important event, like talk request, report frm UPS and many others.
