[Konsole-devel] Bug#45592: konsole is runing, panel is death, when I killed konsole -> everthing is OK (on 2 computers with MDK 8.2)

how to reproduct:

PII, Mandrake 8.2 (CZ) instaled KDE 2.2.2 and KDE 3.0.2. Konsole is running. After 1 minit Kpanel do no reaction. When we kill Konsole, then Kpanel is runnig well.
