People don't want to have buttons in fullscreen mode.

Right mouse click popup menu: Settings/Full-Screen disables it.

Maybe I don't see the button for restore the "NO FullScreen mode".

When I set the fullscreen, Konsole don't have the button for back to normal state. I should close konsole and reopen it for work without fullscreen mode.
