[Konsole-devel] Bug#45049: Creshed when hit ctrl-d in second window.

I was compiling arts in the first shell window.  And had opened up the second shell window.  In the second window, I hit Control D to exit out of the shell and that window.  When I did, it crashed and generated the following back trace:
