[Konsole-devel] Bug#44992: no mouse control while Konsole is open

OS/Compiler notes: 

When I have a Konsole open, I can't click on the taskbar or the desktop to open other windows, thou I can swith to them with Alt+Tab.
When closing Konsole, I get htis message:
