You're right with CTRL sequences. Maybe the application shortcuts aren't the solution for my problem, but i really would like to use the cut/copy/paste keys
on my Sun keyboard for their natural purpose,
_especially_ in the shell windows.

Unfortunately i can't use the Solaris dtterm, because CTRL-C, -S, ... don't work in KDE :-(
(no effect).
