[Konsole-devel] Bug#38364: highlighted text is draggable

This isn't a request limited to Konsole, but if I had to choose only one application where I thought it was necessary, Konsole would be it.

The problem is that hilighted text is draggable.  You can hilight text, and when you click and hold inside of the selected area, the text is dragged and copied.

This is beyond maddening inside of konsole, because if I don't make a precise selection, I have to either remember to click once before reselecting, or have a bunch of text copied all over the screen.

I don't believe I've ever dragged text, or had a need to.  I have, however, needed to reselect something that's been selected, and I always manage to drag text around instead.

This applies to all text inputs, not just konsole.  If there were a way to disable text dragging globally, I would be the happiest man on Earth (well, I would at least be in the higher percentiles!)
