hi

i think this is a nice idea, and i can folow him.

it doesn't look very hard to implement that since one has only to subclass 
ktoolbar and receve event, but at my sugesstion one said, that it isn't that 
nice if you don't have the ability to choose the toolbar settings
i'll try to add a 'look and feel' menu and and add the others toplevel

if you get a patch i am still interested :)
