Subject: mouse select not working when history enabled
From: aharon at health.gov.il
X-KDE-Received: -207.232.8.4

Package: konsole
Version: 1.1.2 (using KDE 3.0.2 )
Severity: normal
Installed from: compiled sources
Compiler: gcc version 2.96 20000731 (Red Hat Linux 7.3 2.96-110)
OS: Linux (i686) release 2.4.18-5custom
OS/Compiler notes:

with history enabled:
make sure history buffer not empty -
(ls -lR / should do it)
now execute echo "one two three"

now try to select the word two with the left
mouse button.

for instance, try double clicking on the word two

when I do that, I get a selection which includes
almost all the history buffer up to the letter t
in the word two.

now, disable history
when I now double click on the word two,
I get the word two selected - the way it should be.
