Terminal sequences (was Re: [Konsole-devel] Ctrl+arrow keys)

While I'm thinking about it, does anyone know what codes ANSI or
VT100/220/whatever terminals use for Ctrl+arrow keys, if there are even
defined codes in those specs? I've been looking on Google but haven't been
able to find any codes specifically for ctrl+arrow keys.
