I can't lauch a application via konsole like Konqueror or konsole and others:

this is the lines wrote by a konsole after the lauch of kmail...

And it is then line 50 of kdeglobals :

[Global Keys]
Popup Launch Menu[$d]


this file doesn't be modified and if i delete it ... the same line reappear.
