The original xterm has an option which prevents programs from changing the
window size via an escape sequence. Konsole doesn't have a way to
switch this off. Having such an option would be nice because I regulary start 
"screen" inside an konsole window. But starting "screen" will resize the 
window to 25x80 and I cannot find a way to switch this off.
