how do I run Flash plugins with Konqueror/Embedded?

Hi, i am working on the konq-e.
and have got the konq-e work well on arm or x86 .
but how to add flash support in konq-e? 
my configure:
./configure --enable-embedded --enable-qt-embedded
--enable-add-ons=kflashpart  --enable-ftp  --disable-mt --without-ssl
--with-qt-dir=$QTDIR --with-qt-includes=$QTDIR/include
--with-qt-libraries=$QTDIR/lib --enable-debug=full.

but nothing happened for flash support, displayed a black background in the
page
