Konqueror browser on ipaq 3630 running opie

According to the opie site at 
http://opie.handhelds.org/cgi-bin/moin.cgi/Applications I tried to get
Konqueror Embedded  to install for browsing the web but the link to download
it by adding http://bolug.uni-bonn.de/files/konq-e/ into the etc/ipkg.conf
file doesn't work as the source itn't there.
Any ideas?
