Disable AccessKeys/Shortcuts

[Anes Lihovac]

Hi
When pressing Ctrl you get yellow boxes under all links for
shortcutting this by pressing the appropriate Character.
Thats a nice feature. But anyway I had to disable it. 
Any idea how ?
