The "guard dog" is implemented in khtml/ecma/kjs_proxy.{h,cpp}.

You may try changing the default values in the start() method of KJSGuard.
If I read correctly, the first alert is currently triggered after 5000 ms, 
and after the first, every 10000 ms.
