How to build the last version of Konq-E from CVS?

I tried to build it for x86.
Yes. I said

cvs co -r KDE_3_3_1_RELEASE
cvs co kdenox
cd kdenox
make -f Makefile.cvs dist
./configure
...
configure.in:692: required file 
`konq-embed/kdesrc/kdecore/kdemacros.h.in' not found

I didn't set QTDIR at this phase.

Konq-e 07/05/2003 snapshot compiles fine.
