How to build the last version of Konq-E from CVS?

Hi All,

I tried to build the last version of Konq-E from CVS. I checked out the 
last kdenox and kdelibs. But I can not run even configure with success. 
I used both kdelibs 3.3.1 and 3.4 with the same result. What versions of 
kdelibs and konq-e should I use? What is the right sequence of steps to 
build Konq-E from CVS?
