Javascript Support with Konqe

But just that if konq-embedrc is suppose to be the configuration file to 
enable javascript support then what is the use for khtmlrc then?

It's supposet to be placed on the target system.

It should be placed under $INSTALL_DIR/share/config
or in $HOME/.kde/share/config
