Javascript Support with Konqe

Hi, 

I am cross compiling konqe for a ARM board using qt/embedded-2.3.10, 
qt/X11-2.3.2 and konqueror(snapshot-20030705).

Is there any means of turning the javascript support on when compiling 
konqe in 'kiosk' mode?
It seems that it should be compiled in automatically, however, it does not 
seems to be turned on during runtime.

I have tried using both dynamically and statically linking....

Can anyone please advise? :(
