Konqueror Embedded needs X-Server??

Now the problem is,
I m getting this infamous error on configure

checking for Qt... configure : error : Qt (>= Qt 3.1 (20021021) (library 
qt-mt) not found
Please check your installation.
For more details...

Please help me.
I see that someone has already raised this qn,
but I couldnt understand how the problem was solved.
