linking fails now ;-)

IT WORKS, YEAH!!! And it is great!

My configuration was wrong: --enable-javascript was missing and
--with-javascript=static was necessary. I didn't understand the
meaning of =dynamic and why the configure-script is empty
therefore. Does anybody know this? 

Printing support is not yet working.
