Make sure Konq/E is configured and compiled with at
least: --enable-xmlui --enable-readwrite --enable-add-ons=kplaintext

Note that the "Save File" selection dialog is broken in QPE - noone bothered
to implement it; i don't use QPE.

Then you can right click on page or a link (or click and hold for pen
devices), from menu select "View Source", wait until source loads in editor,
click on Save As ... icon.
