How to make javascript onkeydonw() event work on snapshot20021229?

Hi,
I am using konq-E (snapshot-20021229) with qt-embedded-free-2.3.2 
in my work,but I found that javascript onkeydown() event cann't work. 
I searched in mail-list archive and konw that this bug have solved 
in konq-e(cvs HEAD version) with qt-embedded-free-3.1.1 .
But my work is on qt-2.3.2 .Can I change konq-e snapshot20021229 
or qt-2.3.2 to make it work ,which files should be changed.
Can anyone give me some advice .
