Can't Compile Konq/E !!!!!!

Hi
   I am trying to run konq/E on Qt/E . I have
downloaded the snapshot
konqueror-embedded-snapshot-20030516.tar.gz and using
qt/E qt-2.3.2 .But I am not able to "make" it.What
else should I need to compile konq/E ? What kde
modules should I download ? From where should I get it
? Please Help me..
