gif images

Hello,

Has konq-e support for gif?
I have managed to run the 20030705 snapshot and it only shows jpeg images.
I haven't found any option in the configure to enable/disable the gif 
images. I have compiled the qt with the -gif flag. What else should i have
to do?

another question. where can i change the default size of the konqueror 
window?
