two questions about i18n

Hi, I am a Chinese user, and I find some problems when using.

First, it seems the Konq-e(snapshot-1229) can't display the Chinese font in the
webpage correctly, what should I do?

Second,I want to translate the Konq-e menu to Chinese, and I have read your answer
about how to translate, however, when I run the command make in the /konq-embed/
directory, no konqueror.pot file is created, so I wonder what's wrong with it?
