Both the HTTP KIO and CSS support are copied from kdelibs in KDE CVS
KDE_2_2_BRANCH which is in those respects same as in version 2.2.2 so you
can search the Web for specifics.
Just as a hint, see http://www.xs4all.nl/~ppk/css2tests/intro.html (there
are many more sites like this one). Some more hints about Javascript, DOM
and CSS support here: http://www.xs4all.nl/~ppk/js/browsers5.html#konq
Now, what do you mean by "totally support HTTP/1.1"? Clients usually support
only the subset they need. Since the client makes the request it's supposed
to be able to parse the answer it gets. Many of the HTTP/1.1 features are
used only by special programs or components but not by browsers.
As an example the HTTP KIO doesn't properly support non-contiguous chunked
answers (fragments) - neither will it ever ask for them, so there's no
problem. A program that needs those advanced features (like an indexed media
viewer/player that requests individual pages or frames) makes its own
connections to the server anyway.
