Compiling konq-e with QT/Embedded

Use Qt/E 2.3.1 or 2.3.2

Qt 3.x is not yet supported. Gcc 3.x is Yet Another Bad Idea.

You can try Qt 3.x if you get the CVS HEAD (default) which IIRC is derived
from KDE3. You most likely will fail.
